Where is Ljóma made?
Our products are formulated in Europe, inspired by the elements of Iceland. Each batch is crafted in small quantities using clean, effective ingredients.
Do you use clean ingredients?
Yes. All Ljóma formulas follow strict clean beauty standards—no parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrance, or unnecessary fillers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 30 countries. Our network of reliable shipping partners allows us to deliver orders across the EU, UK, USA, and beyond.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Just email us at hello@shopljoma.com.
Do you offer samples?
Occasionally. Reserve members receive early access to samples, previews, and exclusive drops.
Returns
We want your Ljóma ritual to feel just right. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, email us at hello@shopljoma.com with your order number—we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note:
- Items must be unopened and in original condition
- Return shipping is not covered unless the product was damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
